Paul Dobransky

Paul Dobransky has developed a MindOS-theory, which is a complete description
of human internal psychology. The model is very useful for analysing different
psychological problems. Not perfect though, as no psychological theory
  so far is.

(*) The complete model is presented in the MindOS e-book.
Dobransky has CD and DVD products available as well.

Richard Bandler and John Grinder

Bandler and Grinder have developed a methodology called NLP (Neuro Linquistic Programming).
NLP is a methodology for making changes in human thought processes.
Main methods are mental pictures and suggestions.
It is somewhat related to hypnosis, as Bandler and Grinder have studied
famous hypnotherapists like Milton H. Erickson. A kind of core of NLP
is a formal method of describing meanings in human language.
An the other hand NLP has a reputation, that it is not real science,
instead just some kind of pseudo-science. Well, that is partly true,
however, there is a couple of interesting ideas in NLP, especially
in the philosophical bases of NLP.
